"All of the staff were friendly and helpful! The beach had a lot of seaweed this time of year compared to my last visit which was in the month of October. One of the restaurants "La Cocina" was closed and the price for the all inclusive package wasn't altered in consideration of that. Other resorts along the beach were loud at night sometimes even up to early hours in the morning. The resort had 2 open restaurants, 2 bars, a giftshop/Starbucks, and an arts/crafts area. "This place was Amazing, ocean views. The bartender on the rooftop, Israel was an amazing host. As well as Antonio and his coworkers at the front desk :) Amazing breakfast, the rooms and balconies had the perfect view of the city and the ocean. The rooftop pools and terrace was definitely something to see. Perfect location, close to the beach, and close 5th Avenida. Parking was perfect as well. "

"The room was clean but shabby chic. There were buttons missing on the chairs and sofa. The sheets were itchy the 1st night and I had them change the whole bedding. After that, the bed was fine. "Very nice Tropical Hotel. Not very modern but clean and functional. I didn’t like that the Hotel counts with two separate buildings half a block apart. The main building has a bigger pool and is right off Famous Fifth Avenue. The other still very close but not right off the strip. Very small Pool. Parking sucks if you leave at night. The parking attendants there 24/7 can be very helpful. "
