The property itself was beautiful and well kept. Every morning there are workers cleaning up the seaweed. Overall, the staff was friendly, greeted you, and asked if there was anything they could do or help you with. If anything, the food was a hit or a miss but for the most part was great. I loved that they had vegan/vegetarian options (and were VERY accommodating with my food allergies) but sometimes the food wasn’t that great.

it was a terrible experience. I want to forget about this hotel forever. Everything was terrible: the food is a nightmare, the buffet is only for breakfast and lunch, for dinner there are only 3 restaurants - Italian Mexican and a steakhouse, there is simply no choice for a child. only 2 out of 3 restaurants were open every day. The steakhouse has simply disgusting food and service. Mexican has good service but the menu selection is too small and my family absolutely does not eat that kind of food. The hotel is terribly dirty and old. The room is cleaned very poorly, the whole floor is dirty with some stains. We fell into some stupid rules and there was no alcohol in bars for 2 days due to politics. and these two days, Saturday and Sunday, no one cleaned the beach, a bunch of seaweed, glasses and cocktail plates were all lying around and no one cleaned it up. when the room is cleaned, there are no towels, no minibar is replenished, you need to call room service and ask them to bring you what you need. I could tell you a lot more, but there's no point. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing property!!! Clean and very nice resort. Food is very tasty: buffet for breakfast and lunch, 4 restaurants for dinner ( italian, steakhouse, mexican and french). French the only one needed reservations and it’s only adults, and alcohol is with charge. But all restaurants are nice and a lot of options . All servers are very nice ! Entertainment people are amazing, kept us busy with: volleyball, aqua aerobic, zip line, bingo, different show every night. Kids club is super fun for kids: the girls who watched my kids kept them busy with crafts, face painting, disco, different activities. The resort has so many activities for kids: water slides cinema, play area with trampolines, games, snooker tables, mini golf, tennis court. And it has nightclub and night bars that are open at night ( not sure till what time). Private beach right walking from the pool. Free cabanas and of course towels. Pool bar and snack bar. Very well made property with a lot of activities!!! Super fun resort for families with kids. Special thanks to entertainment people: Brian, David, Alicia, Miguel, show dancers . Magician Fernando Mier is amazing. Big thanks to all servers and people who worked there to keep this resort such a lovely and fun place! The only part i wish spa and tours were more affordable. Overall i will recommend this resort!!!

This property is very clean and kid friendly. The staff is just amazing at all levels. They all made me and my family feel at home. They were all so kind and friendly in every single interaction. The buffet was closed at 4 but the variety in food was great and yummy even as a vegetarian. The nightly entertainment was fun and very well done. I loved not having to make reservations for the theme restaurants as my kid is so unpredictable when it comes to what he wants to eat. My 5 year old love the kid pool, the gelato, air hockey room, the trampoline room, and the movie room. There was just so much to do and the staff again was just the best. I will be definitely be coming back here.
