"Great home with nice furnishings. The pool was maintained every morning. The view is great and the location is quiet with little light pollution. The owners have added powerful fans throughout the home to help with hot days. Remember to bring soap/shampoo and coffee for your stay, as these items typically are not supplied. We were greeted with a lovely basket of produce and a great bottle of wine. The owner also met us at the bottom of the hill to help find and tour the home."

"Fantastic property with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Lovely pool and outdoor area. Close to beaches, supermarket, bars and restaurants, but nice and quiet too. Astrid was very helpful when our transfers didn’t show up, helping us to contact trusted taxi services and get us both to and from the resort. Stopped this from spoiling our holiday and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a wonderful holiday!"

Доброжелательные соседи =) До пляжа 5 минут, идеально подходит для детей.Для любителей активного отдыха, рядом горы и множество троп. Дом находится в 15 минутах ходьбы от старого города Алкудии. Хозяева дома очень понимающие люди, огромное спасибо им за их дом и теплую встречу =) Обязательно вернемся сюда в следующий раз =)) Рекомендую. вы не пожалеете =)"

"The villa is perfect. We arrived in the evening., Paula made sure there were fresh pizzas, water, beer, fruit etc in the fridge. We didn’t hire a car but she took us to the local supermarket. Dishwasher Tablets, washing up liquid, washing tablets, extra toilet rolls, etc were all supplied. We used a local Sa Pobla taxi firm who were excellent for trips out. You can log onto Netflix, Amazon Prime accounts for the tv. The villa photos don’t do in justice, we have been staying at villas over 15...

"Lovely relaxing villa in a quiet area. About 15 mins walk to supermarket and 20 into Pollensa town. Easy bus route into Puerto Pollensa. Pool area very nice and hot tub an added luxury. Everything needed was in the villa for a comfortable holiday."

"The property was in a peaceful location just outside Alcuida with the most amazing views out across the bay. The villa was well equipped and the numerous outside eating areas allowed you to eat either in the sun or the shade throughout the day. There were restaurants and a small Spa within a short walk. I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone"

"Positiv: Ansprechendes Haus mit zwei Terrassen und schönem kleinen Garten. Sehr gepflegte und hochwertige Wohngegend. Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Zwei sehr schöne Strände in 10-15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Negativ: Küchenausstattung in die Jahre gekommen; Pool musste eigenständig gesäubert werden"

"Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet , aber der Ortskern ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war immer gut zu erreichen, der Check in war reibungslos. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wir denken sogar an einen Aufenthalt für längere Zeit. Ein Wort: Perfekt"

"We were really looking forward to our stay along the coast in Alcudia. The house does NOT have A/C. There is one small until in the living room - that only cools that one room. It was over 90 degrees F and humid during our stay- the bedrooms were upstairs and closer to 95/100 degrees. We could no sleep in the home. We had to scramble and find two hotel rooms for 3 nights in high season in order to have a place to sleep. We spent twice as much money for those 3 days of our trip. The house is a...

"Super für Strandurlaub, leider ist Son Serra de Marina inzwischen kein Geheimtipp mehr und der Verkehr hat erheblich zugenommen. Das Haus ist sauber und geräumig, schade dass die Dachterrasse nicht genutzt werden kann und nach wie vor Liegestühle fehlen. Da die Nächte im Herbst teilweise schon kühl werden können, wären Decken auf den Betten hilfreich (Laken und dünne Tagesdecken vorhanden ). Insgesamt aber ein schöner Aufenthalt, der zweite in diesem Haus für uns"
