"Очень хороший дом, для отдыха с семьей. Очень просторная кухня с гостинной. замечательный двор с барбекью. Доброжелательные соседи =) До пляжа 5 минут, идеально подходит для детей.Для любителей активного отдыха, рядом горы и множество троп. Дом находится в 15 минутах ходьбы от старого города Алкудии. Хозяева дома очень понимающие люди, огромное спасибо им за их дом и теплую встречу =) Обязательно вернемся сюда в следующий раз =)) Рекомендую. вы не пожалеете =)"

"annonce conforme à la location, petites précisions: en retrait dans une petite impasse non loin des commerces et de la grande plage de Patja de Muro belle maison terrasse agréable il manque un peu de vaisselle (pour 6) un chauffe eau pour tous le monde (limite pour 3) un lave vaisselle entrée/sortie de la location sans avoir vu quelqu'un (ni proporiétaire ou agence gérant la location !) attention aux moutiques agréssifs et aux avions la nuit ;-)"

"The property was in a peaceful location just outside Alcuida with the most amazing views out across the bay. The villa was well equipped and the numerous outside eating areas allowed you to eat either in the sun or the shade throughout the day. There were restaurants and a small Spa within a short walk. I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone"

"Positiv: Ansprechendes Haus mit zwei Terrassen und schönem kleinen Garten. Sehr gepflegte und hochwertige Wohngegend. Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Zwei sehr schöne Strände in 10-15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Negativ: Küchenausstattung in die Jahre gekommen; Pool musste eigenständig gesäubert werden"

"We were really looking forward to our stay along the coast in Alcudia. The house does NOT have A/C. There is one small until in the living room - that only cools that one room. It was over 90 degrees F and humid during our stay- the bedrooms were upstairs and closer to 95/100 degrees. We could no sleep in the home. We had to scramble and find two hotel rooms for 3 nights in high season in order to have a place to sleep. We spent twice as much money for those 3 days of our trip. The house is a...

"Lovely villa and gardens with gated pool. Tonja's service was exceptional and really made the holiday for us! We did not hire a car but on reflection it would have been a good idea as it is a steep return from the village and as we just loved Alcudia old town we would have liked to visit more often during our stay. We had all ages in our party from toddler to 70's - we all loved it!"

"Herrlich ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten in Alcudia. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, hat wunderbar bequeme Betten und eine tolle Terrasse. Ausgesprochen gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass wir endlich ein Ferienhaus hatten, das reichlich mit Geschirr ausgestattet war. Einziger Minuspunkt für uns, die viel selbst kochen: ein neuer kleiner Topf und ein Messer, das richtig gut schneidet, wären perfekt (aber das ist nun wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau und hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht...

"Das Haus ist genauso schön wie es beschrieben wurde. Wir waren mit 5 Personen dort und hatten super Platz. Der Pool ist groß und top gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr schön, in eins, zwei Restaurants kann man in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß gehen. Auch ein Strand ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit der Küche hätte etwas besser sein können, immerhin sind im Preis 300,- Endreinigung inbegriffen. Aber es war nichts unhygienisch. Insgesamt kann man dieses Haus wirklich empfehlen."

"Stayed here as 2 families and the place was everything we hoped for. Peaceful location but only 15 min walk into the lovely old town. The villa itself was amazing, plenty of room inside and loads of outside space. We’ll miss sitting on the terrace looking at the views of the mountain over the pool!!"

"I had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Loved the nightly entertainment at the bar. Room had a kitchenette and was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the mattress felt poor quality and sunk in significantly. Aside from this, everything else was excellent. "
