"I was thrilled to find Embat Hotel to be so clean and the staff so friendly. Montuiri remains unadulterated by tourists and, as such, provides a real view of what traditional life and culture on the island is. People in the town are very friendly, and the views of the island from the top of the nearby mountain are stunning. "Nice and relaxing area around the site, very relaxed and quiet. Rooms were basic, no air con, fridge, tv, iron but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was continental and again very basic. I actually had to pay for another hotel after the first night as it was so hot in the room. Location is a 7 min walk to the beach so no problem. "We had a ground floor room with a tub and garden which was lovely. Beds were comfy, housekeeping was good and cleaned every day. Everything we needed in the room with a supermarket opposite.
