The housekeeping gentleman assigned to my room on the 9th floor was the best . Never intrusive and always on top of everything. The front desk staff extremely knowledgeable and kind. The gentlemen at the door always offering a helping hand with packages or ready to hail down a cab . I’m trying to book again in October but they seem to be sold out. Ohhh I forgot to mention...

"It took us two hours to check into the hotel. The people at the front desk kept saying 30 minutes and after those 30 minutes they said another an hour then there was no hot water in the room but overall the hotels is good just the service is not that good"

"The property is run by Mr. Selim and his associates (one of which is Mr. Burhan). They created a family atmosphere and were helpful in every way they can. The property is run very smoothly and as opposed to other properties in the Sultanahmet area (extremely popular with tourists) the focus in Ergovan is on quality: no frilly decorations, and curtains. The focus is on service, comfort, and efficiency. Ten stars!"
