"I stayed with my family for 1 week from 4/2 to 4/9. I have to say that for the first two days we had a little rough time. My mother was with a wheelchair, and the hotel does not have access to cars, you need to be dropped off at several feet away and walk up a steep hill. Also, there was a construction in the building next to the hotel and they work overnight, which was not announced on their website, so for 2 nights I had a hard time sleeping. I complained and I was ready to leave the hotel,...

"The entire staff was amazing . The restaurant staff was beyond superior . Always attentive, professional, hospitable, polite. The housekeeping gentleman assigned to my room on the 9th floor was the best . Never intrusive and always on top of everything. The front desk staff extremely knowledgeable and kind. The gentlemen at the door always offering a helping hand with packages or ready to hail down a cab . I’m trying to book again in October but they seem to be sold out. Ohhh I forgot to mention...
