Staff were really helpful, rooms were small but we weren't in them much because we were out exploring the city. "Stayed here for a recent visit to Istanbul and the hotel is stunning. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Location was fantastic too. "Most of all I liked the staff at this hotel. Very professional, helpful, nice and courteous. Hotel lobby wasn't very well designed to spend time at. There is not much to do around the hotel and one should walk about 20 minutes to reach some good locations. There is a mall very close to the hotel that can be helpful in case of emergency needs or shopping for leaisure."

"Extremely friendly, helpful and accomodatig staff. The breakfast was spectacular and tasty. We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary early check in and breakfast! Our room had a lot of space and very interesting decor. The roof top terrace, where we had an amazing breakfast buffet every morning, had a breathtaking view on the sea and a city. I would consider this hotel for our next time in Istanbul. "
