"Our trip to Bournemouth was lovely, the hotel itself is managed very well, the breakfast is really nice with a wonderful choice of food and beverages. Our room was clean and spacious and we had a pleasant view of the seafront and observation wheel."

"Both my husband and myself found the hotel to be just perfect location walk to the beach ideal for children..especially in summer months. Breakfast was great ample choice. However we found our bedroom overlooking the garden a little sparce could do with additional decorative objects to give it more appeal.."

"We stayed for one night in April as part of a commute with a newborn. We found the staff very polite and helpful, our room was very clean and the swimming pool and sauna was an added extra! Cannot comment on food as we didn’t eat there..Would come back!"

"Nice hotel, great location for concerts/events. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast not bad but some of the cooked stuff had been hanging around a while. Bit noisy late at night from local night club but still managed to get to sleep.Extractor fan not working in bathroom, reported on that when leaving. Hopefully it has been repaired by now. No liners in bins - a small but important issue. Pretty good value for money, booked sometime in advance. "

"Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There 4 concerns of why I wouldn’t stay here again. 1. The hill to walk up the hotel is very steep and push a pram up it was painful. 2. The rooms don’t have A/C and get really warm, I can’t imagine what it would be like in the summer time. 3. The hotel only has one lift, the door opens and closes very slow and if the hotel is busy you have to wait ages for it. "Beautiful room- clearly recently been redecorated, very comfortable. Swimming pool and jacuzzi very nice. Breakfast was good until I was served a gluten free sausage- raw in the middle! I was offered another but declined as I had already eaten the rest- I also didn’t want to risk food poisoning from raw pork."

"Lovely hotel in good location to the beach. Small car park with £15 daily charge which doesn’t guarantee your space, you may lose the space if you go out! However there is free parking on West Overcliff Drive, but get there early to get a space. Follow the road round to find a space.
