"The hotel staff are really nice very helpful my room was on the 3rd floor was like a maze to find it the room it self was clean and basic with tea/coffee. Room was a great size bathroom very small ( nothing the hotel can do about that ) the double bed was really nice good size nice warm bedding with great pillows. "What’s not to like. I needed an inexpensive place to stay for business. The road to the lodge is up a small country lane. You pass the lodge on your left in front of you and park up there if can. You check in at the health club which is about 100 metres up the road. Staff are very friendly and helpful at check in. Room was not what I expected as it’s part of the old lodge so lots of windows! But black out blinds worked well! but was really spacious and the bathroom. Was very new and clean....

"Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There 4 concerns of why I wouldn’t stay here again. 1. The hill to walk up the hotel is very steep and push a pram up it was painful. 2. The rooms don’t have A/C and get really warm, I can’t imagine what it would be like in the summer time. 3. The hotel only has one lift, the door opens and closes very slow and if the hotel is busy you have to wait ages for it. The lift is very small so very hard to get a pram and two people inside let alone a suitcase too. 4. In...
