"The hostel is very close (a few minutes on foot) to the beach and to the town centre (important: for the town centre go the opposite way from the way to the beach:) You will get there in a few minutes on foot rather than half an hour or so going in a long circle - as I did with my kids! - the other way). "Wanted to take our car keys which definitely was not happening I pretty much had to walk side ways to get into the room and attitude changed when we refused to give the car keys great location but definitely wouldn't be staying there again "

"The value for money at £300 a night was not up to standard. Our Shower did not work and they spent some time trying to fix it and that failed so they decided to move our room, we however then didnt have anytime to wash before going out for dinner which was awful after a full day at the beach. We then had a terrible night sleep, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, pillows really old and poor quality too. Then to top it off after barely sleeping, the curtains do not fit the windows so we had...

"All seemed okay. The only downside was what I can describe as renovations taking place above us from 10pm until 4am. I spoke to staff who said no work was being carried out and must have been other guests but when you have workmen vans parked outside it’s hard to agree. Lots of banging all night with 3 very tired kids wasn’t the best break, this maybe a one off so will happily say all other aspects were fine."

"The first room I was given hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. Thankfully, they swapped the room for me at 1am in the mornin, so can't fault them on that. The matress in the new room was old and uncomfortable and the shower controls literally came out of the wall when operating. 1 of the windows would not close allowin quite a lot of road noise in. Overall, really quite shabby."
