We only had breakfast there but that too was very good, well coked and good portions. attention to detail and eco friendliness is evident too, and the hosts said they will soon be upgrading the outdoor pool to solar powered heating. "Lovely heritage hotel and endearing staff who made you feel at home. The Harbor View is a bit of a misnomer as the harbor has been eclipsed by a transportation hub, so the main view is of a bus station. Harbor View rooms are at the front of the hotel, which is also the sunny side, so get very warm on nice days and the hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms ( only common areas). Breakfast was excellent."

"Good place to stay if you want to be central. Parking is in the main car park underneath the shopping mall. Check in was easy and quick. The only minor issue is breakfast. Not enough tables and the quality of food wasn't great. Some residents had nowhere to sit anf i think you could split some of the tables for four into two's so that more couples can sit separately. Never easy when strangers ask to share your table. The ground floor are also had a funny smell as you walkied through. Not sure...

"Our stay at the property was a pleasant one. The beds and bathroom were clean but the carpet has noticeable dirt/stains in the room and the chairs in the common area were very dirty. The staff were exceptional and very helpful and kind. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices."

"The room is very small and warm. A fan was in the room and the window opens ,but it was hard to sleep. We could walk from the cruise ship and the next morning to the bus station and we could drop off luggage and explore. It was clean and quiet. "
