Liked that it was close to the port. The room was very nice. Would be nice if they could get rid of the rats running around the outside of the dining area.

Surly woman wouldn’t let us use the pool despite it not closing for a further 30 minutes. Room was dirty and smelled. They moved us up a floor to another dirty room with filthy bathroom so at least we had an opening window rather than just a dirty misty smelling room and were told this was an upgrade!!

Nice hotel needs a bit of updating the shower needs upgrading as wasn’t very hot or powerful doors and door frames and wardrobe need replacing or painting to keep it up to date
