A delightful stay. Staff so very attentive and helpful. Can’t beat the location. 15-30 minutes walk to museums, historical sites and parks. Will stay here anytime we are in London.

Loud phone ringing in the middle of the night, woke me and my partner up at 3am, neither of us could sleep then. No hot water in the bathroom sink and the Smart TV did not work. When we contacted them they said they will come up and fix the issues but we were too tired by then. When I spoke with a manager in the morning, they said they couldn’t offer and compensation and someone will contact me the next day regarding this and they haven’t.
