"The staff was great and they were always cleaning up the property which was nice. It was walking distance from the clubs and the grocery store. The food wasn’t that great and the bed wasn’t comfortable. "

"I like that the property is simple and easy to go anywhere. I actually went to other Riu properties. I liked this the best. The workers and front desk helpful to any question. The food could improve on the Asian restaurant. But that didn't bother us we can go to the other restaurant. The staff is amazing and really flexible/ helpful. The Riu Party was great. I will definitely go back to this resort. Thank you for the amazing time. "

"Love this spot. There seems to be a lot of complaints, but the value here is great. No coffee maker, we bring a small single serve. I also recommend bring a Roku or similar streaming device. The grocery store is in walking distance. The pool isn’t circulated, so sometimes rain brings in debris. Plenty of loungers and there is a bar and restaurant right next door on the beach. Overall I think the value here is much greater than an all inclusive."

"I loved this hotel. It was beautiful and the pools were nice. The one pool I liked the most was the one outside the buffet and bar almost in front of front desk where you have a gorgeous view of the ocean. They also do different games during the day and dancing class in the pool. The food was good and the shows they do at hotel awesome. My daughter and I specially loved the Michael Jackson show. We also loved the show by the inside bar where the piano girl play some nice piano songs but after...

"We would like to comment about sound proofing between floors where we could hear noise when someone is moving chairs, furniture, etc on the upper unit. Other than that we don’t have major issues during our stay, we dont have high demands as well and we are contented during our stay. A big compliment of your free breakfast serve everyday because of variety and freshness. Keep it up guys, thank you all."
