Stayed here for a week with a small baby.
From the positive:
cleaning lady was truly the best! She did amazing job and made towel animals every day for my baby.
Servers at the restaurants, bars, beach - truly amazing! Thank you for making my vacationing with a small baby easier, she loved all of the guys and gals!
Beach - beautiful, clear water, soft sand, no sea weed; you have to ask for an umbrella, but the guy will bring it to you in a minute.
What I didn't like:
The front desk people aren't very attentive. I much rather ask other staff for help, if needed.
In room food service - no options whatsoever! And options they had were not tasty. Coffee always watered down and lukewarm.
Food - I'd say it was just okay. For dinner it seemed like there were plenty of options, but barely anything good to eat. For lunch - it was just horrible (salty, fatty, all kept outside, so guacamole was always bad and veggies were all soft from heat)!
From the restaurants we went to Mexican and that was awful. Decided not to go to another restaurant since having bad Mexican food in Mexico is extremely disappointing.
No outside play area for the kids, haven't seen any kid groups outside lead by staff like in other hotels.
Extremely loud almost all of the time. If you are looking for a peaceful vacation this hotel isn't it. There is day and night entertainment, the music is loud and not the best. Every night until 11pm you can't even go out on the balcony to enjoy the evening; music is
