Our stay at this hotel was less than impressive. The view of the falls was nice, however everything else about this hotel was very basic. If you're looking for an average stay at a decent cost than this is for you. However, if you are looking for that wow factor than i would book elsewhere.

The toilet had vaccum debris inside from cleaners when we arrived. Outside of toilet wasnt clean (urine on and around toilet) some outlets by the bed didnt work, broken lamp, hair all over clean bed and towels when arrived, also the tub wasnt cleaned throughly, there was dirty soap residue from previous guests (have pictures), hopefully we can resolve this and work something out, i dont feel like i got what i paid for, email:austinrocks2010@live.ca Phone number:226-349-4074

It was a long hike to our room, with oddly placed stairs… not something I would think a lot of people would like it to haul luggage up stairs to their room. Also the heater was loud, toilet had trouble flushing, front desk person had a rude tone and I did not appreciate the additional fees.

The staff at the front desk were quite knowledgeable and professional. The I was assigned to over looked the falls and the view was amazing. The room and the bathroom was very clean. Overall the property is well kept.
