The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"We stayed for just one night as we had concert tickets for the Royal Albert Hall which is a short walk away. We had a very warm welcome as returning guests and even a room upgrade which was nice. We also received complimentary glasses of champagne which was a very nice touch. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We will be back though."
