"Good stay. The room and bathroom were clean and the linen nice. However the room was compact and the limited storage was full of blankets and pillows. There was a portable suitcase stand but literally no where to put it. The biggest problem was being woken on the first morning by noise in the car park and the second morning by the noice from the shower in the next room, it was extremely loud. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. "

"We loved the sea view in our room and the balcony. But I was ignored by two reception staff while waiting for over 10 mins, the second staff member didn’t acknowledge I was waiting. Plus house keeping walked in unannounced, when. "

"The hotel was ok but not particularly clean or hospitable- no staff on duty except one man on check in. The bedvwas the most uncomfortable ive ever slept in. The worst thing is they have stolen my property- i left an item of clothing in the room and despite many calls and messages left , as they never answer personally, i have had no contact. "Hotel very run down. Dirty towel in bathroom. Parking not explained clearly enough so I got parking ticket. Breakfast good."

"Whilst the Grand has seen better times, the price reflected this factor. The greeting was warm and friendly. My room was upgraded to a double which was very clean. All in all a good stop overnight for my onward journey."
