I was extremely disappointed by this so-called five star resort. The room was dirty and in poor condition. We had a leak in the room upon arrival and asked to be moved to a different room. That room did not have a leak, however,was still in poor condition. The staff was friendly and the food was OK but nothing that I would consider to be a five star resort, it was a disappointing week. The highlight of our day was the Saturday afternoon foam party in the pool. I would give this resort three stars at best.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, dining options were excellent, and the spa services provided a great experience. However, I did notice some areas near the rooms that could use improvement in terms of cleanliness, such as dirty plates, cans, and floors. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for those seeking a peaceful getaway, but I believe paying more attention to cleanliness near the rooms (room services) would enhance the guest experience even further!!

Rooms are outdated and AC is set permanently to 22C and you are unable to change this. The restaurants included in the all inclusive package are terrible. I knew going in that all inclusive package foods are notoriously bad, but not this bad. The buffet and rodeo grill are the two places that you should go to for food. We ate at La Bruschetta and got the salmon and pasta and I ended up throwing up a couple hours later. The main pool is the one with the pool bar, although there are quieter pools away from the main pool. The main pool is for partying so stay away from this if you are trying to relax. The 24/7 room service is a joke as well, the food offered includes a sandwich, hot dog, hamburger, fries, and pizza. The room service food is inedible. Also, we were told upon check in that the buffet is 24/7 and it is not. All restaurants are open 6-10pm, and the buffet is the only place that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, however, the buffet closes at 10pm as well. Also, this resort claims its beachfront and it is, but the beach is nasty. The amount of seaweed is unfathomable. There were a ton of workers out there daily trying to rake in the seaweed but there was no use. It was very disappointing not being able to use the beach. Honestly, I would pay a little extra more money and stay somewhere else. We paid $750/person for flight and all inclusive stay and I can’t say it was worth it. I even went into this vacation with very low expectations and still got let down.

The food here was phenomenal. We kept seeing that people were saying the food was hit or miss. The breakfast buffet, and every single restaurant was phenomenal! Drinks are good, not watered down, and plenty of variety. The room could have been cooler, but overall it was clean and welcoming. Housekeeping did break my hair straightener without an apology or even acknowledgment. Don't try to upgrade your room when you get there, it is 3x more expensive than it would have been if we booked from the beginning on here.
