"Lovely scenic, quiet area within 2 mins walk of plenty of restaurants and pubs etc. Hotel staff friendly and efficient, breakfast was lovely (a lot of selection for a continental, including Douwe Egbert coffee machine). Only recommendation is to improve eco side - remove single use plastics (toiletries) and individual coffee packets from rooms."

"We really loved how close the property was to shopping and transportation. The Hop-On Hop Off is about 1 minute walk away and the train station which you can use to/from airport is about 5 minutes away."

"The location was excellent, being very close to restaurants and shops and the subway station. The price was reasonable for this being London, but be advised there is no air conditioning and only a tabletop fan. So we opened the window and it sufficed. Decent room size for London but no elevator and we had to walk up six flights of narrow stairs with our heavy luggage. The top floor rooms are therefore difficult. Nice place overall"

"Hotel was ok. We had electrical issues which were never resolved despite several requests. Clean and convenient to most places including train station to Heathrow. We were in a basement room which was not quiet at all. Not sure I would stay here again."

"Everything is walkable from this hotel. Restaurants, grocery, tube station, Hyde Park etc. The staff is friendly and the property is very clean. "

"Pros: Amazing location, beautiful neighborhood, pretty building overlooking a private park. Easy access to 5 different tube lines and several bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants. Cons: The rooms are tiny! Nowhere to sit other than bed. Can get noisy - you hear people in the hallway and other rooms. Overall, we'd stay here again - or look for something quieter/bigger in same area."
