Located close to the airport and as close to the ocean as it gets. Smaller feel resort with great restaurant options. Staff a bit slower but custom in Jamaica.

The property was well maintained But the rooms were not they could did a better job maintaining the showers and the tub area the shower head was broken and some of amenities in the room wasn't there. And all the restaurants the food was cold and no air conditioner and the power went out several times. We went to the front desk they just gave you lip service when you asked about the bottle wine the VIP promotion they didn't have no knowledge about it and the upgrades. Majority of the staff was nice but the selling of upgrades and tours was a nuisance, majority of the staff was nice A lot of them was just rude and looking for a tip.Also charging you 100 dollars an hour for late checkout is crazy with being a so called vip.Stay in this resort with high reviews you would think the food would be better.

Upon arrival a staff asked what I needed, I asked for another drink and her response was… it’s raining you go get it. I was appalled and questioned my hotel selection. Bottom tear alcohol selections. Cleaning service was VERY pushy On checking out at 12 on a Monday… overall enjoyed Jamaica but expected better service for the price point.
