Worst 8 days of my life, staff were so un welcoming and made the stay/ experience horrible. Just 1 bartender was friendly Alessia and Milton the lifeguard were fantastic everyone else was rude. Rooms are a dump jacuzzi drain didn’t work and the shower handle fell out of the wall 8 times in 8 days. The room service was trash. Microwaved food. Half of the beach is a huge rock full of sea urchins you can’t even walk into the water, massage place is a joke sell you one service then when you get there they can’t accommodate it and change it to the cheaper service but leave the price the same.

This Resort remind me of a Beautiful Woman with a HORRIBLE attitude. I loved the resort. It is absolutely stunning. However, the staff and I mean the ENTIRE staff needs to be FIRED. Every last one of them have the worse attitudes and act as if they are doing you a favor when you ask them for help or need something. At the Buffets they keep the beverages in the back so you have no access to pour your own drinks. When you ask them for a drink (God forbid you’re thirsty) you have to wait till they are done with their conversation before they bring you a drink and when they do it’s with an attitude. This is every time we go to eat. Everyone at the Resort complained about the staff. Now let’s get down to the last day. There were about 20 people at the front desk because we were all locked out of our rooms because they checked us out a day earlier. We all came back from dinner and our wrist bands were all deactivated. I can’t tell you how inconveniencing that was for all the guest; especially having to wait for everyone’s bands to be reset. The staff could care less we were locked out and didn’t bother to apologize. In closing, the resort maybe beautiful but the behavior of the staff was beyond uncomfortable. SIDE NOTE: We had a dance off at the pool on my birthday and they allowed a man with a thong to dance against a bunch of women and although I won; they gave a Spa day to the man who they had dance last against WOMEN! I was disgusted at the staff for allowing this!

The staff is slow moving, spa employees very rude and unprofessional, house keeping always forgets to put new towels in the room that you have to call 20 time so someone comes and brings towels

There were many instances where the staff harrassed us. From hitting on the women to haggling. The restaurants were open at once or not at all. After 10 pm there is nothing to do on the all inclusive adult only resort leaving you to just go to bed. There were discrepancies in the app to reserve a restaurant. Indication to book within the establishment. When we went in they could not accommodate. Front desk was made aware that there web based page was inaccurate. Yet no accommodations were made. For an adult only resort the activities were on the family side. So you pay more for nothing. Overall... i rate it a 3 out of ten. And i will not be returning nor would i recommend.
