Mezair'ah Fort

Some of the staff were amazing! The check in lady was so helpful and kind. As was the lady at the main entrance who always helped us super fast. The gentleman that dealt with taxis and cars outside - the main entrance manager was really rude and did not help at all. The concierge also never got back to us on the questions and help we needed. The room was very clean and service was great. We could not use the ocean for an unknown reason, no comp for that inconvenience. The outdoor pool was not clean, seemed like the filtering system was not working properly. The water was murky and felt untreated. The staff at the pool were exceptional and super helpful. The hotel itself is a little dated, but very clean and organised. For the price it was not worth it, I would recommend hotels in Al Maryah more.

Still the iconic must stay in Abu Dhabi. Hat's off to Mandarin Oriental and their amazing staff. It is all about the details and they are masters at it.

An excellent hotel for a calm relaxing holiday. The staff are extremely helpful and the service is excellent.
