"Beautiful, comfortable and classic furnishings Great service. Very welcoming. Great central location to everything in London. We stayed at several comparable high end places on our trip and all had coffee machines in the room. The Ritz does not. A small but Important omission I believe. "

It’s quirks--steps up into the bathroom—were more than offset by its assets—good natural light, excellent bedding, lots of hot water, incredibly quiet.
