"The staff gave a friendly welcome. The accomodation was good but a little of a squeeze with 4 people in a room but still fine and seperate beds for children was good (they didn't need to share one single sofa bed). Parts of the room had been updated (e.g. bathroom) some parts a little tired. I'd describe the food as either good or very good. Very nice breakfasts with good fruit. "More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food."

"We arrived late with our baby and the reception staff were very helpful. The lady gave us some milk so our little one would be content as it was 2am. We were taken to our room and nothing was too much trouble. All staff were helpful and pleasant. A lovely clean hotel that catered for all your needs! "

"Hotel is in a good position. Had an apartment which was a good size, bathroom was an odd layout though and needed a good clean around the shower. Pizzeria restaurant was the best out fo the choice, good variety, and good quality. Pool's were great as was the water park."

"Hotel was halfway closed and only 2 of the adult pools were available. Tennis court was closed and mini golf course tired like the rest of the hotel. Food was not satisfying, but eatable. Not to recommend!"
