"This hotel was fantastic. It's located on the Royal Albert Docks so very convenient to all Liverpool attractions. The hotel had private underground parking. The rooms are modern, clean & bright and have a small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and sink. There was a 6:30pm managers reception on Wednesday evening with drinks and snacks. We we're invited but we're unable to attend because we had dinner reservations. The breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again."

"The food and beverages were excellent and the Castaway bar does great cocktails (had a Clop special whilst we were there). Breakfast choice is good and service is quick. It is easy to access the town centre and docks from the Liner Hotel."

"Great experience at Novotel. It was in the perfect area and easily walkable to Mathew St., Liverpool One and Royal Albert Dock. Area was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside to our stay was the lack of proper air conditioning! It got fairly hot during the day. "

Unfortunately it wasn't possible to order food the QR code provided and on the second night someone screamed from 10.30 p.m. to 3 a.m...apart from that the room was good even if a bit claustrophobic. The window was sealed and the room was very hot. Thank goodness there were 2 fans. A/C wasn't available."
