We enjoyed our stay at the MGM very much. I was there for my anniversary. Dining options was wonderful. Beautiful at night if you like, walking around. 💕

My sister and I stayed for 3 nights. I had better showers with more water pressure in Iraq during the war, then at the MGM grand hotel. Staff were rarely around, lines were long at service counter and the workers were not interested in customer service. Very disappointing all around.

The property was very expensive. There are no signs any where that say the water bottles provided in the room is not free but rather $22 US per bottle. That's absurd. They put that information on the TV so that you can not find it. It's absurd and designed to steal money from its customers. Very un-ethical company.

Self Parking is very far from the rooms. They charged 12$ for serving Hot water. They dont have coffee maker in the room, when asked for one they said they will charge 35$ per night.

I stay for 4 days and try another hotel for the strip And I would off prefer not to change the cosmopolitan MGM grand was not what I expected the room that I had was dirty and the sheets had blood stains on it and After I told manager she didn’t do anything to accommodate me at all I ended up taking the dirty sheet and put it on the floor and when they clean the room they put it back on the bed and told them again and again but nothing resolved I would never go back to mgm grand hotel

room was dated, bathroom needed some attention (wall paper, painting). digital room keys never seemed to work. plus prices for things are ridiculous. a beer is not worth $15, its one thing to make a profit but its another to outright "rob" people.

Took a while to get checked in due to computer issues. After our family was asleep, a man opened our hotel room door with a key he was issued at the front desk. He said that he was given the same room. We went to the front desk at 2:30am to address situation. Got a new room the day.

I stay at the MGM Grand every time I go to Vegas and I come every single year twice a year. To even get a hold of housekeeping to clean a room was a 45 minute wait nobody ever answered try again the next day and it was another hour. Wait we didn’t even have towels. We had to use a washcloth to dry off with. We requested our room to be cleaned 4 times, never happened. The rooms are so gross and dirty. Dust everywhere. The Air conditioner won’t go any lower than 65 and it feels about 74 in the room and there is absolutely no lights to be able to see anything. This was one of the worst days I’ve ever had in Vegas and I will never come back to MGM.
