The price gouging with a bottle of water in the room was $22 per bottle, and to use the refrigerator in the room was $35 per night which was crazy, and not hospitable at all for the guests.

Unfortunately, I booked a room from the website, but when I got to the hotel, they told me first come first serve even although I selected the room and paid for it. I couldn’t get it when I got at the hotel and the receptionist the one that I found was not helpful.

The smell of smoke and vaping was so thick and gross on the casino floor. The air felt heavy and uncomfortable. Also the mobile check-in on the app did not work. The digital key you can use to get into your room didn't work. The mobile app did not work for check-out either. Will not return to MGM Grand.
