"Strathendrick House was the first stop in a family trip to the Highlands. We found everything about this beautiful home and the area to be perfect and wish we had planned to stay longer. Hector and Heather were responsive and extremely helpful. We loved visiting the restaurants (delicious food options) and grocer in Drymen and found everyone to be so welcoming and helpful. "Although the hotel was undergoing some revamp it was still OK. I felt very welcome and was offered assistance but didn't feel I needed it. The bar and temporary reception area was well lit, spacious and pleasant. The staff were excellent. The room was satisfactory, but a little disappointed that the bathroom only had a bath, with a shower over it, rather than having a separate shower cubicle. The trek to the pool was a concern. Travel to Floor 1, and then down quite a few stairs and then up...
