The hotel on the whole wasn't too bad, but given the brand, reputation and cost, we felt disappointed. The revolving doors need sorting out. The bedroom was an excellent size with very comfy beds. There were no storage drawers in the room
The shower screen did not prevent water from flowing onto the floor. We used the towels to mop this up. The non slip surface on the bath was not non slip, so getting in and out was precarious
The equipment in the gym needs to be upgraded, the covers on most of the workout benches and seats were cracked or broken, so not hygienic at all. The floor in the ladies changing room in the spa area was saturated, and had clumps of long hair on the floor. The sense of poor hygiene seemed to be a real issue.
The quality and choice of food for breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly, accommodating and very attentive.
The location of the hotel was great, very close to the airport, but not in the flypath. The bus stops into the city centre were a few minutes walk away, which made getting around very easy. The buses ran 24/7
