We was slightly disappointed in some aspects of lunch and breakfast (soft eggs in the menus on both occasions were hard), but they were happy to replace them. The risotto was quite bland and stodgy but we didn't say that at the time. "Very impressed with the attitude and helpful staff at The Copthorne- it’s very difficult during COVID but Peter and Toni do their best to ensure everything available is explained fully and keep a smile on their face throughout! All the staff were very very pleasant and the hotel might require an update after the covid recovery but it’s very clean warm comfortable and value for money Thank you "
