"Well located, Guggenhein was within a walkable distance and a lot o place to shop and or eat - drink something, just around the corner there was a couple of good restaurants to eat, some staff members were very helpful BUT others were not at all "kind of rude - careless". Place was clean and everything in general OK. "

"I’ve stayed in Bilbao about 50 times for business over the past 10 years. This isn’t my normal hotel, but it’s a really good back up. The parking here is more spacious that many other hotels in the centre and with good availability even if you’ve not booked. The rooms are comfortable and the location is good for the river and the old town "

"Had a lovely time staying at the NYX. The staff on the front desk were very helpful. Once we got settled we went out to the local plaza and did a tapas run. A very enjoyable overnight stay prior to getting our ferry back to England. We will certainly be back again."
