"It was much nicer than I expected Staff was very kind Hotel was charming, older, classic English,of a certain era. We loved it. I took the time to phone the hotel directly to let them know we would be arriving rather late…. I also requested a room with a bathtub which we were granted. We were pleased with all of it and will be returning "

"Hotel is walkable to many of historical sites. Transportation was easy to obtain and the many dining options was superb."

"Great stay. The hotel is located right off of Trafalgar Square making most of central London walkable to visitors. There are also many options for public transportation very near the hotel. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet, plus there are several other breakfast options just a few steps out the door. The Pizza place next door is great, too. Our room was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature control.The CQ Lounge is a great amenity if you arrive too early for check-in, or just want to relax somewhere besides your room. We also loved the refillable water stations throughout the hotel."

"Great Hotel for a short stop. Hyde Park and transport easily accesible. Some renovations taking place when I stayed, but I'm sure this will only add to the place when completed. Definitely will use again!"

"Quietest hotel ever. Concierge lacked any knowledge of the area. Offered no useable advice. Rest of staff went the extra mile. Cleaning staff actually pushed us out of the way to help with our bags. Front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was excellent except for the typical European watery undercooked eggs and fatty undercooked bacon. Sausages were best ever. There were many choices otherwise. I will return here."

"We booked a club double room, which was perfect for ourselves. It was of a adequate size and a great ensuite shower. Our room wasn't in the main hotel, but in, part of the hotel opposite. (Just over the road) but with the same standard. The room was clean, quiet and it had everything in it we needed and more, even a Microwave! The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day, so we could explore further. The hotel is perfectly situated approx 7 mins walk from Paddington station, and with a few small restaurants and convenience stores around if needed. "
