Exterior
voco Grand Central Glasgow, an IHG Hotel
4.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (1001)
"The shower in my room was a real issue and I do not want to stay in that style room again. The shower leaked water into the hallway, it was a rain style shower in the middle of bathtub, which was a surprise and hard for me since I have balance issues [it also had high walls for the tub]. Had I known that was the case I would not have stayed in that room at all. I was disappointed and it detracted from my stay."

"First experience at Apex. Loved it! Great location for tourists. Very clean, super easy check in and check out. The most notably remarkable bath towels. Even got a bag of what looked like home made butter tablets on check in. Absolute heaven. Highly recommend, and that's coming from a hotel snob."

Point A Hotel Glasgow
3.5 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (999)
"Definitely a budget hotel that has some wear and tear in the rooms. It was blissfully dark and quiet though (without a window) and the towels were incredible. There was also a super easy self check-in via a computer. Scuffs all over the walls, stains on the sheets, broken shower head (water sprayed out all over), some outlets that didn’t work, and a door lock that was kind of weird (like hard to tell if it was locked) were the downsides.
