"The property all on ground floor which was great close to the hospital. It was local to where we were meeting relatives for a long weekend away. Very clean and well heated and wifi was ok. Only negatives were we couldnt find a toaster or a wire grill to toast in oven and after contacting host re hairdryer was told in was broken. Luckily I washed by hair the day we travelled and its just about ok 3 days later. Would have took mine if known but itinery specified one."

"A home from home. The house was everything we’d expected and more. Everything but clothes and food was catered for. The kitchen didn’t lack a thing. Every utensil, pan and tableware you could think off. The washing machine and all the detergents made it so easy to keep on top of our washing without bringing it all home with us. Being able to bring our family pet was a huge selling point also and I’m sure had the weather been better we would of enjoyed the garden and BBQ too. Our host was on...

"Ross and Louise are such lovely host. Very attentive to our request, and the cottage was very clean. The town of Drymen is wonderful and our favorite pub of all time is in this town. Highly recommend the entire cottage, town and stay. Just note: the cottage has several other properties on site. It is not alone but it was very quiet and we saw little to no other people."

"We had a great stay. The property was situated in ce tral spot so that we could get to all the places we were going easily. Also in walking distance of a pub and store which was convenient."

"This property is not well maintained, updated and appears very lived in. The heating wasn't working properly, the upstairs toilet ran constantly, there was one threadbare bath towel per person and many other problems. We had booked for one week and left after one night. The host was very responsive and refunded our money without any problems. We have stayed in VRBO properties all over the world, but this was our first bad experience."

"Host cancelled on Friday evening- we were booked from the Sunday. VRBO helpfully suggested alternative and said our money would be refunded for this booking. So far they have not honoured this, claiming the host is responsible. The host is unresponsive, twice given excuses to VRBO- just up, couldn’t access their computer but would resolve this within 24hrs (lied). 2nd attempt- told that the property managers were going into a meeting but would get back within a couple of hours… VRBO guarantee...

"Clean and comfortable. Good shower and comfortable bed. Quiet despite at a shopping area and next to a bar. The surrounding area not so nice but that is generally true for Glasgow, a typical inner city. We booked it for ease of transport as it is right next to St Enoch subway station. Has coin operated self service laundry. "

"The staff was extremely helpful and very nice the hotel itself is a little dated but it’s rooms are very big which is nice the area has lots of restaurants and bars around and it’s very walkable to everything but it can be noisy at night with the bars and restaurants being so close by in fact our room was overtop of a bar "
