5/5 Excellent
"The room was good, the pool was good, not many hotels in central London have access to pool. The pool is used for workouts and classes, I found this fine.
Nice outdoor garden area with fish ponds. Not sure why the pond was dyed blue though.
Really close access to High St Kensington tube station.
We did high Tea, this was great the sandwiches and cakes were delicious.
Option for late checkout with small fee amazing.
The price was reasonable for the location. We got the 24mtr room, which was just right for us, i would not want to go smaller unless maybe a single.

"Excellent hotel very close to Heathrow Airport. Be careful because there are a few Radissons and this is by far the best and still reasonably priced. Gorgeous lobby, gym, immaculate restrooms, good breakfast buffet and you can order items off menu as well....very comfy beds. I stayed here twice and it will continue to be my choice anytime i have a layover in London."

"A very short walk away from the busy streets. Loved the peace and quiet. It was a small hidden gem. If you are from the USA, image a decent motel. Very clean and simple. A 24 hour self check out mini store with essential items. "

A wonderful hotel-near London’s Paddington Station
"We had hoped for a room with a bathtub and a pretty view and that is exactly what we had, and more!! Everyone was so helpful at the front desk: they helped us get a cab to the airport the next day, they held our luggage while we ate breakfast, they were so friendly in very real ways. Wonderful!!"
