"We stayed as a treat at the end of the camino de santiago - we were welcomed, shown to our room and able to book at the restaurant for dinner. The half board option allows you to book at either restaurant (reis being the traditional one) and order a starter, main and desert (drinks not included). "The property is rather dated. One of my bedroom windows was missing the lock to have it opened and closed. The A/C was rather old. The room, however was quite spacious as well as the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I was surprised that there was no safety box in the room. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the old town of Santiago de Compostela."

Every room is designed so it is completely private, so you can have the curtains open on the entire glass wall in the bedroom and look out over the Bay of Biscay, and soak in the tub while inhaling the ocean air.
