I did struggle finding the car park & navigating the one way system but got there eventually. Just needed to know to look for NCP carpark sign. Had a lovely stay! I like the new updated decor. "

"No issues but despite having 3 lifts, when you're on the 19th floor, the wait for them and how long they take, is painful. Main issue is with eco-friendliness. Totally unacceptable nowdays for them to be providing little single use plastic bottles in the bathrooms. Any large chain should have taken this onboard now and made changes, which aren't difficult to implement. For that reason, I wouldn't stay again. "

"Nice hotel with great staff. Only complaints were there was work going on in the hotel and we were woken up by drilling in a room adjacent to us before 09am! There was also a lengthy power outage that we were not told about and several guests found it difficult to find reception via the staircase due to poor signage."

"My partner and I booked a suite at the Novotel for 2 days as we were visiting Sheffield to watch the World Snooker Semi Finals. The hotel could hardly be better situated for the snooker as it is a 5 minute walk from the Crucible Theatre, right next door to the Winter Gardens. The hotel suite was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff were really helpful. "The hotel itself, very nice. Clean and spacious rooms. The only downside I’ve experienced, was the loud noises generated by a contractor who parked his van in the Hotel parking and started unloading his van. The noise made his way up til the 3rd floor and basically woke me up, earlier than expected. I would highly recommend to Inform any contractors to maintain a decent level of service while on hotel premises."

"Hotel was great! Very central, clean and a good size for 2 people. The bed was super comfy and the amenities were good. The only issue we had was the air conditioning wasn’t very good. It was a super hot evening so the room was very stuffy. When turning down the aircon it, not only, didn’t seem to change, it was also very loud so having it on overnight was a pain! Other than that it was a really great stay. "
