"Superb reception staff. Welcoming and helpful, answering our questions and giving advice on how to get around the city and to the Coop Live Arena. Breakfast very good with lots of variety but lots of people waiting. This was rectified by a senior member of staff who directed the staff to clear tables and set up quicker. "Absolutely great hotel, throughly enjoyed our stay! Room was immaculately clean and had everything that could be needed, plenty of tea and coffee, clean towels, pillows.. everything! During my stay I did actually need some sanitary products at 1am in the morning, went down to reception and the kind gentleman gave me a whole box of tampax tampons and told me no purchase necessary as it was not a ‘luxury’ (although listed for £2 on the website). Could not fault this hotel, and the staff at all!...

"Absolutely great hotel, throughly enjoyed our stay! Room was immaculately clean and had everything that could be needed, plenty of tea and coffee, clean towels, pillows.. everything!
