"There is no onsite parking, which was falsely advertised on the app. We tried to find street parking at several times each day and evening but there was none. So the parking permit was useless. Parking was a block away in a public car park which cost us £21 for our 2 night stay. No breakfast was possible even though it was mentioned by others in their reviews which makes me think that they were fake reviews. "Room was Huge and well presented, unfortunately there was food at the hotel which was a bit of pain but staff great room very good, easy parking. I would stay again "

"Small and cozy but clean and has everything you need. Wonderful owner, stayed up late to check us in as we arrived really late due to train delays. Even showed us a map, how to get around windermere and told us which towns are worth visiting. You can order a full english breakfast from them as well which tasted nice. "
