"We stayed in one if the chalets amd were really impressed. Therebwere two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, plenty of seating downstairs, along with a dining area and another bedroom. The staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The pool and leisure centre were great and we made use of them. We will definitley stay here again. "

"We stayed for one night while visiting Wales. The check in experience was fine and staff friendly. The room was OK - we could hear sounds from other rooms in the morning and the bathroom had mould spots near bath taps, but other than that it was clean and pretty comfortable. Restaurant looked really nice which I guess is the reason why almost all the photos are of the restaurant. English breakfast tasted good! Thank you."

"We have been to Betws many times but have not stayed at a hotel. Familiar with the Royal Oak, we decided to stay in a superior room with breakfast. Expensive but worth every penny and exactly as described in marketing material. The only thing that was a bit troublesome was the TV reception (BBC only). Lovely people, great hotel, excellent breakfasts - perfect week. "

"This was an excellent place for an overnight stay. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. The only thing was they had forgotten to provide towels and toilet paper. This was easily sorted when we asked. We had an evening meal and breakfast, which were both good. We would stay here again"

"I stayed at this place with my two teenage boys. It was affordable and pleasant. We had a minor issue with the shower - it stopped for a few minutes but then started working again. It was probably due to air in the plumbing system. Additionally, the shower came off the wall and I had to put it back into place. The place is a bit outdated, but it's conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, the promenade pier, and plenty of dining options. If you're used to staying in fancy 4 or 5-star...
