"Honestly for the price this room was brilliant, noise from the bar wasn’t bad - the walls are quite thin though so you can hear people in the corridor loudly. Only thing I’d say which needs sorting is the stench coming from the plumbing. We had to keep the bathroom door shut the entire time because it stank so bad. Also we stayed on the top floor and it was absolutely boiling with the window open, unsure why as it’s only 16 degrees outside but that did disrupt my sleep. Apart from that,...

"Perfect value for money in heart of Newcastle. Good breakfast - except for coffee machine - not the best coffee. Not sure why there's paper cups - use proper cups so don't have to throw away. "

"A fairly basic hotel, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked and that was pretty much what I needed. Staff were very friendly and the grab and go breakfast was a nice touch. For what I paid it was perfectly fine."

"First off, the staff at this hotel are brilliant and are worth their weight in gold! The hotel overall too was a nice place - great location, the common areas were tidy, the food in the restaurant delicious… it was just small things that let the room down a little. Dust/cobwebs in the corners of the room and dust around the edges of furniture where a hoover can’t quite reach. The side tables next to the bed are meant to be mounted to the walls, but both were leaning off slightly so things...
