"I would absolutely stay at this property again my primary complaint with that my room did not have a coffee maker espresso maker anyway for me to make my own coffee so we only had access to coffee at the breakfast downstairs when I requested an espresso machine they said my room did not qualify because I was on the third floor room 345 not expensive rooms I can’t understand why simple request for a coffee machine was refused. "The hotel was well-equipped and clean. The receptionist explained the public transport options etc for us, and that was useful as we bought ACTV Transport tickets for 72 hours (I recommend that if you want to visit other islands). It's a good accommodation if you don't want to spend the night in central Venice."

"Great base for sightseeing in Venice and combining beach holiday on the Lido. Great value. Also the night receptionist on check out on the morning of Sunday 14th April was extremely helpful and obliging. Only sorry we didnt have any cssh to tip him only card! "The property was beautiful. In a great spot. The tv didnt work the whole time we where there asked twice for someone to look at it . Then gave up. Air conditioning was great all else fantastic."
