"We had a lovely stay at Rosemary Cottage Annexe, impeccably clean, very picturesque area, didn't need to use the car much which we loved, got lots of steps in! 20 mins walk to nearby cove with lovely beach cafe, and had a fabulous meal in The Thatched Inn 😍"

"The bungalow was clean and comfortable. Perfect for my family which included a baby and toddler. The property, although basic, had everything you need for a week away. It really was excellent value for money. The owner was amazingly helpful and communicated with us quickly. We loved having the surrounding garden and off street parking. This was our second visit and we will certainly be returning. Thank you."

"It is exactly as the description says. Great place for multi generational family gathering. Games room packed with toys kept 4 year old entertained as did the table tennis for the teenagers. Walking distance to shops and beach. Well equipped with plenty of everything. Highly recommend"

"Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay."

"The property is a small beach cottage that is perfect for a couple or a couple with 1-2 small kids. Walkable to center of town with co-op grocery and laundry facility less than 5 min away. Parking space is nearby and situated such that it is easy to use your car to explore Cornwall. Only thing I would say is that shower is small and ceilings low so this place would feel tight if you are a large person and some of the layout is a bit tricky if you were older and less sure footed. Only improvement would be changing the check in arrangements as you have to drive into the centre of Bournemouth first and there was very parking to collect the keys before driving onto the property.
