"The hotel is in a great location. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. Vet close to two tube stops and places to grab food as well as a market just a block away. The lift is tiny but worked well. We didn’t eat any meals there but dining area looked lovely. Dont forget your uk adapter. Our family of 4 including 2 teenagers who are quite tall fit just fine in the quad room. "

"The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly and always so helpful. Returning from a long day of sightseeing to have a cocktail in the lounge became a high point of the day for us. I appreciated the "green energy" steps that were taken, down to very small things."

"My 7-year old and I spent 7 nights and we loved it. The area is safe and convenient with public transportation and plenty of restaurants around. The museums are a walk away. The staff was very friendly! We didn't see any other kids during our stay but we didnt mind it. My son loved the fish goujons from the kids menu at the hotel and we ordered it for room service on some days!"
