"I am 89 years old and arrived with a moderately heavy piece of luggage and the elevator was out of service. There was only a half hearted offer to help. Since I was only there for a short overnight stay and was looking for a bargain it as expected. A small clean well appointed room. The shared bathroom was clean, convenient and in condition but there were no directions for how to get to the separate shower."

"Booked a small double so wasn’t expecting a huge room. The room was very small but had everything we needed as we were out most of the day. The main issue we did have was the shower. It was truly awful. I would recommend that some of the staff actually try washing in it. It was a tiny corner shower with a fixed shower head. The water was split between hot and cold (it didn’t mix them together) and the space was so limited it was nearly impossible to wash. The bed however, was very comfortable...

"The deluxe room is a great size and price which was unexpected for London! The pictures are accurate to the room with some lovely decor. The room was clean and had all necessities provided. There were many lights and all were bright/adjustable which was great for working. The kitchen was also good with provided cutlery and appliances, even coffee and tea. The shower was a little small but the water pressure was good and the shower had a secure door so water would not leak out. Check in was...

"Location is excellent it’s just 2 minutes walk to the underground station, lots of shops around the hotel as well, but I have to say I was staying in top floor and there is no lift, I would give 5.5 out of 10"

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and well-located. Although property management is not onsite, they were very responsive when we had requests, including calling me to follow up. They were also quick to respond when we had questions during the booking process. I would stay at this or another Stayo property in the future."
