"Beautiful and historic property. We enjoyed learning about the history of the hotel and its location in relation to the hawaiian royalty. Excellent service. We stayed in the ocean view room in the Diamond ring- somewhat outdated wing but the ocean view made up for it. The balcony seemed a little sketch at first but seemed to be durable enough while we were there, lol. Restaurant was nice, cool Banyan tree right down in the middle of the hotel property. Overall, excellent hotel, would love to come back again in the future!"

"Staff exhibited quality customer service with a true aloha spirit. The area was within walking distance to all the shops, beach, restaurants, and market place. The onsite restaurant was mediocre at best and a small pool was attached to the restaurant. "

"Everyone was very helpful and kind. I would give the valet 5 stars too! They were so nice & professional. I recommend paying for valet, it’s crazy busy and hard to find parking. Having them do it for you is so worth it. The breakfast was good, especially since it’s included, lots of variety! Typical hotel breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay! "
