"This was our first time staying at the Donatello and we were very impressed and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was ideal with lots of restaurants nearby. We took advantage of the complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate on the top floor and used the games room several times during our stay. We would definitely stay again."

"Property was great. Love the kitchen in the room. Pool and hot tub were fabulous. Nice to have a balcony. Negative was our room overlooked the back of the Meritage where all the food deliveries go and the dumpsters are. Garbage collection at 0300 was not good for sleep nor was the dropping of large garbage objects at 0100. Overall the resort was fabulous for our 4 day trip to Napa. If I would have known about the location of the room before check in I would have asked for a different room. "

"The hotel is close to Hayes street which is a lively area full of restaurants. It is also perfect to go to the opera or the Davies concert hall - 5 min walking distance. There is a lot of attention to details in the hotel. "

"We were a little bummed the larger pool was going to be closed for one of the full days we had but we were able to utilize it the day of check in before we got our room which was very nice! I had let the staff know we were celebrating our anniversary and they sent up a nice very unexpected surprise. The staff, especially Lisa was so nice! The room was great and the spa and pools were great even if one was a bit of a walk, me and my family had a great experience. The area is so quiet and relaxing...
