"Area was perfect. Can take BART directly down the street. And just a quick up hill walk and you are there. Hop on Hop off buses as well as cable cars are less than a 5 minute walk. Daily cookies, lemon water, got some popcorn and tea and coffee available. Daily housekeeping, and luggage services. Allowed for late check out as well at 130 PM. "Such a cute hotel! The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The only thing that I would tweak is the continental breakfast - it was a bit weak. But there are amazing breakfast places close to the hotel. "

"The hotel's location was perfect for us. It was close to Chinatown and lots of great restaurants. The room was perfect for us. There were lots of free drinks, coffees, etc. in the lobby.
